Sign-in problems
Corporate or managed-workspace email accounts sometimes block third-party auth handshakes. Try a personal email address or the Google sign-in option instead, and make sure popups are allowed for discotive.com.
My score isn't moving
Score only moves from verified, logged actions — Vault assets must be Verified (not just uploaded), connectors must complete admin review, and daily logins must register a new calendar day. Check the score log on your Dashboard for the exact reason behind your last change.
My Vault asset is stuck Pending
Vault review is a manual admin process and can take a few business days. Pro accounts get priority queue placement. If it has been longer than a week, contact support with the asset name.
My rank looks wrong
Global rank and percentile are recomputed once daily, not on every page load, to keep the feature cost-efficient at scale. Your live rank on the Leaderboard page itself is computed on demand and is always accurate.
Availability
Discotive is available globally. Core infrastructure is optimized for North America, Europe, and India; other regions work but may see slightly higher latency.
Data & privacy

Deleting my account
Yes, from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This is permanent, requires typed confirmation and re-authentication, and cannot be undone once the countdown completes. Full steps are in Settings → Danger Zone.
